A proud Pottsboro resident since 1982, I began my real estate journey in 2001 right here in my hometown. Just a few years later, in 2003, I had the opportunity to help market and sell one of the area’s most iconic lakefront developments—Diamond Pointe Condos. Weekends and evenings were spent touring potential buyers through the newly built high-rise, introducing many to the beauty and lifestyle of Lake Texoma. That experience sparked what would become a lifelong passion for real estate and a deep commitment to serving our local market.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked diligently to become an expert on Lake Texoma properties, gaining a deep understanding of our unique waterfront landscape while building strong relationships with clients, builders, community leaders, and industry partners.
In 2012, as business continued to grow, I launched the Homes By Lainie Team. By 2016, that team evolved into Homes By Lainie Real Estate Group, an independent brokerage built on a foundation of service, integrity, and local expertise. Today, our group includes more than 38 talented agents who share one mission: to elevate the local real estate experience and create clients for life.
In addition to my work in real estate, I’ve always been passionate about giving back to the community that has given me so much. I proudly served nearly four years as President of the Pottsboro Chamber of Commerce and completed a term on the Pottsboro City Council—both roles that reflect my long-standing commitment to supporting and strengthening our community.
When I’m not selling real estate or volunteering locally, you’ll find me spending time with my family and my beloved dogs. I’m a proud aunt to one niece and two nephews, who are the greatest joys of my life.
